The 6th Workshop of “Hoop of Life” will take place on Saturday, April 13, at the Ionic Center in Plaka entitled “Hereditary Metabolic Diseases: Different Starts – Common Goals”
This year’s title reflects the fact that while hereditary metabolic diseases (MSDs) cover a wide range of diseases with many differences there is a common denominator. They are rare diseases and unknown to most with often devastating effects. The main priority is responsible information and awareness for MSDs in order to know the particular problems that MSM sufferers face.
Always aiming at the provision of modern scientific knowledge and solutions to the problems of everyday life, a variety of issues have been selected this year to address the needs of patients with hereditary metabolic diseases. The speakers are experienced and well-known in their field and we believe that their presence is a guarantee for the fulfillment of the objectives of the Workshop. The Workshop will be broadcast live – live and live.
There will be a light meal that will also contain low-protein foods according to Mrs Skarpalezou’s expert guidance. After the workshop, an opportunity will be given to discuss and strengthen relations between members from different parts of Greece.
